Q: What is a Virtual Remote?

A: Once a Signage Stick is set up, the Virtual Remote behaves the same way a physical remote does. You can launch the Signage Stick’s Operating System settings menu, reboot or factory reset the Signage Stick. Note, if you launch a Virtual Remote when your mobile device is not within Signage Stick’s Bluetooth range, you’ll see a "Not Connected" message displayed. Launching the Settings menu only works when the remote is connected over Bluetooth. However, you can still reset / reboot if your mobile device has an internet connection.
